At intake, this typically consists of your contact information and a brief description of your situation. Detailed case information, including any health-related or medical billing information, is collected by our healthcare navigation partner, Redirect Health, when your case is routed to their care advocacy team. The sharing of information with Redirect Health is governed by Section 5 of this Privacy Policy.
