Where HIPAA does not apply, Newpath Medical will still seek to handle health-related information responsibly and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

By submitting health-related information to Newpath Medical, you acknowledge that Newpath Medical may use and disclose that information as reasonably necessary to review your request, administer applicable programs, coordinate with service providers, support healthcare navigation, evaluate financial assistance, maintain records, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

When you contact us through our case navigation service at case@newpathmed.org, we collect the information you choose to include in your email. At intake, this typically consists of your contact information and a brief description of your situation. Detailed case information, including any health-related or medical billing information, is collected by our healthcare navigation partner, Redirect Health, when your case is routed to their care advocacy team. The sharing of information with Redirect Health is governed by Section 5 of this Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes are effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
