How concerns get raised, and how conflicts get handled.

Conflict of interest, whistleblower, and grievance policies for Newpath Medical.

Governance policies

Conflict of interest

Newpath Medical maintains a conflict-of-interest policy that requires directors and officers to disclose potential or actual conflicts and to recuse themselves from decisions where a conflict exists. The policy protects the integrity of decisions about programs, finances, and partnerships. Available upon request.

Whistleblower policy

Newpath Medical maintains a whistleblower policy so employees, volunteers, and stakeholders can raise concerns about misconduct, fraud, or ethics violations without fear of retaliation. The policy guides how concerns are received, reviewed, and acted on. Available upon request.

Grievance procedure

Newpath Medical maintains a grievance procedure that lets members of the cost-sharing community and the public submit grievances about charitable programs or program administration. The procedure governs how grievances are received and reviewed. Available upon request.
