Healthcare with a mission

Grounded in care. For individuals, families, and small groups.

A healthcare platform with a mission: to provide care for members and serve the public good.

Membership

Membership: ongoing healthcare access.

Three plan levels delivering primary care, urgent care, hospital coverage, and more. Sized for individuals, families, and small groups, with real care delivered through Redirect Health.

The Newpath Medical community is a voluntary cost-sharing program. Members contribute monthly into a shared pool, choose a plan level that fits their household, and access care through our healthcare partner's network of providers. It's how members get healthcare delivered: through plan-based contributions and a real provider network.

  • Three plan levels: Routine Care, Hospital, Hospital PLUS.
  • Contributions sized by household and age band.
  • Care delivered through Redirect Health's provider network.
Who we serve

Two communities. One Mission.

The Newpath Medical platform serves two communities. Members are individuals, families, and small groups who choose us as their healthcare: people who want steady access to primary care, urgent care, hospital coverage, and more, delivered through real providers. The public is anyone navigating one piece of the healthcare system on their own: a confusing bill, a need for financial assistance, a question about their rights. Both communities matter to us. Both are part of what the platform exists to do.

Our commitments
  1. 01

    Integrity

Members affiliate around honesty, openness, and doing right by people. The community holds itself to those values in word, action, and operation.

  2. 02

    Mutual aid

A belief in shared responsibility binds members, who provide sustained contributions for one another's healthcare costs and care.

  3. 03

    Plain dealing

Members affiliate around plain dealing. Costs, limits, and what membership actually delivers are stated honestly, with no optimistic language and no fine-print surprises.

  4. 04

    Stewardship

Pooled resources are managed as a community trust. Contributions go to healthcare, to charitable assistance, and to the operational work that delivers both.

  5. 05

    Accountability

Members and the public can see how this community operates. Governance, financial allocation, and operational decisions are published and open for review.

  6. 06

    Empowerment

Help extends beyond membership. Financial assistance and educational programs are need-based and open to people regardless of whether they're members.

Things worth knowing

A few facts about how this all works.

What this is.

The Newpath Medical community is voluntary cost-sharing. Members contribute into a shared pool that helps cover one another's eligible medical costs. It's not insurance, and there's no contractual guarantee that any expense will be shared or paid.

Who delivers care.

Redirect Health, our healthcare and administration partner, runs day-to-day care delivery, the provider network, and member support. Newpath Medical runs the charitable framework; Redirect Health is the operational engine.

How contributions work.

Members contribute monthly into the shared pool. Contributions are sized by plan level, household, and age band. They're voluntary. A missed contribution doesn't create a debt with Newpath Medical, though sustained non-contribution may end membership.

How financial assistance works.

Assistance is reviewed under our Financial Assistance Policy using Federal Poverty Guidelines and other hardship criteria. It's open to people regardless of prior contributions or membership.

Tax status.

Newpath Medical is a Wyoming nonprofit corporation. An application for recognition of exemption under Section 501(c)(3) is currently under IRS review; contributions may become tax-deductible upon favorable determination.

Emergency care.

If you believe you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. None of our services are a substitute for emergency care.
